Description

The Nightfox Advantage: Join over 75,000 Nightfox customers around the world trusting our helpful UK-based team to deliver the best experience of night vision goggles.

Handsfree monocular night vision: Use the head strap with either eye to pair your natural vision with night vision goggles for total awareness. The screen even has a diopter for easier focusing.

Upgrade for free: Your Prowl will get better with time, thanks to regular easy-to-install firmware updates, which enhance performance and functionality. We also welcome your suggestions on how to improve the next version.

Tactical: the Prowl is a night vision monocular for helmet mounting. It comes with a dovetail helmet adapter for Wilcox G24 style mounts. There’s natural 1x magnification and a wide 54° FOV so you can see around you. You can even mount two Prowls on a helmet or head mount, if you also purchase a bridging mount accessory (sold separately).

Perfect for airsoft: The Prowl night vision goggles record HD 1080p video with sound, onto the included 32GB memory card. Stay ready for airsoft with a tough IR lens and a replaceable cap for the sensor.

Dual IR LEDs: The Prowl infrared monocular combines 850nm and 940nm. Use 940nm to go undetected: with virtually no red glow and a 100m (300ft) range. Use 850nm to see further, up to 130m (430ft).

See all night: The powerful 3200mAh battery will run for 5 hours of constant use. The battery is replaceable and you can charge on the go with a USB power bank.

Q&A

Frequently Asked Questions

The Prowl has two focus controls: a diopter and a wheel at the front of the device. Use the focus wheel at the front to bring the screen into focus and use the diopter to help your eye see it as clearly as possible. You may also wish to use the diopter so that objects appear the same size with both eyes.

We recommend leaving the frame rate on the default setting of 30FPS, as any other setting may cause device issues on some early batches of Nightfox Prowl. There is no significant advantage to changing the frame rate of the screen.

Some hunters report using a Prowl to walk to their shooting spot. Others pair it with an infrared laser (not sold by Nightfox) that shows where their weapon is pointing.
