It is possible that the battery is not correctly installed. Try unscrewing the tail cap and checking the battery has been inserted metal cap end first, then replacing and tightening the tail cap. Additionally, charge the battery using the USB type-C to type-B cable provided.
We recommend using the USB type-C to type-B charging cable provided to charge your XB5 Pro.
While your XB5 Pro can be charged while in use, a high LED setting when the torch is charging may deplete the battery faster than the charging speed. We recommend using a low LED setting to avoid battery depletion.
