The Nightfox Swift relies on its infrared LED to see at night. Please make sure you have a sufficiently high level infrared power selected. Press the IR+ button for 7 levels of brightness.
The Nightfox Swift and Swift Max have a manual focus camera lens. This means that the picture will be will blurred if not focussed. To sharpen the image, use the focus wheel on the base of the unit.
It may take up to 4 hours of charging before the Swift is able to turn on if its battery level has fallen very low. Please charge using the provided USB cable.
