• Battery removal
• It is possible to remove the lithium battery from all Nightfox models which contain a battery. Units which contain an 18650 battery, including the Swift 2, Prowl, Red, Cub and Vulpes models can have their battery removed with a single screw or catch.
• For the Swift and Whisker models the device must be disassembled by removing screws from the body and around the eyepiece. The only tool necessary is a small phillips screwdriver. The battery is glued to the casing, but weak force can separate the battery from the casing. The battery is connected to a circuit board with a plug that is easy to remove.
• Casing recycling.
• The outer case of Nightfox devices is made of black plastic. As of 2023 this cannot be recycled. We are exploring options to make it recyclable. 
• Packaging recycling
• Nightfox packaging is predominantly made of cardboard and can be recycled using the standard cardboard recycling stream.

• Retrait de la batterie
• Il est possible de retirer la batterie au lithium de tous les modèles Nightfox qui contiennent une batterie. Les unités qui contiennent une batterie 18650, y compris les modèles Swift 2, Prowl, Red, Cub et Vulpes, peuvent retirer leur batterie avec une seule vis ou un seul loquet.
